• Commit to full-time training
  • Acknowledge NIAAA T32 support and comply with the NIH Public Access Policy for all publications, abstracts and presentations associated with T32 training
  • Maintain an up-to-date eRA Commons Profile and My NCBI Bibliography
  • Submit and update (as needed) an alcohol research project proposal for review by T32 Directors, faculty, and/or the External Advisory Committee (e.g., F/K ideas, RSA abstracts, etc.)
  • Attend the Addictions Seminar series
  • Present alcohol research project at an Addictions Seminar
  • Attend and participate at mentor’s lab meetings
  • Meet NIH requirement minimums and keep a log of all Responsible Conduct of Research trainings
  • Establish and maintain Individual Development Plan with mentor(s) input; Formal review by T32 Directors, External Advisory Committee and/or other T32 faculty twice a year
  • Maintain current RSA Membership
  • Submit RSA abstract as presenting author – early January
  • Submit RSA travel award application – mid-January
  • Submit independent funding grant – within second year of appointment
  • Submit first-authored manuscript – within appointment tenure
  • Attend the annual RSA meeting – 5 days late June
  • Complete semiannual progress materials
  • Complete annual formal trainee evaluations with mentor(s)
  • Complete T32 evaluations
  • Respond to all eRA Commons xTrain notifications from NIH
